Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

1. Metro and major cities: approximately 2-4 working days
2. Other serviceable locations: approximately 3-7 working days
3. Remote locations may require additional delivery time

Shipment updates

Tracking details are shared using the contact information entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a reachable phone number and complete address.

Eligible issues

Returns or exchanges are reviewed only for damaged items, wrong products, missing accessories, or verified delivery issues.

A change of mind, personal dislike, size preference, or selection mistake is not eligible for return after final order confirmation.

Reporting window

• Report damaged, wrong, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number, registered phone number, clear photos, and a continuous unboxing video.
• General return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Video verification

A full, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for return or exchange approval. The video must show the sealed package, shipping label, opening process, product condition, and all received accessories.

Exchange and reshipping

• The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and accessories.
• Exchange shipping charges may be payable by the customer unless the issue was verified as our dispatch error.
• For RTO or failed delivery cases, reshipping and return-to-origin charges may apply before redispatch.

Important notes

• Slight color variation can happen because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.
• Minor packaging marks that do not affect the watch are not treated as product damage.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original prepaid method or to valid bank or UPI details for COD orders.
