Processing and dispatch

Eligible issues

Video verification

A full, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for return or exchange approval. The video must show the sealed package, shipping label, opening process, product condition, and all received accessories.

Exchange and reshipping

• The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and accessories.
• Exchange shipping charges may be payable by the customer unless the issue was verified as our dispatch error.
• For RTO or failed delivery cases, reshipping and return-to-origin charges may apply before redispatch.
